Real or Make Believe

We talked about what is real and what is make believe this week.  The children decided that monsters aren't real, but they really enjoyed the book, Go Away, Big Green Monster.  We used their hand prints to make their own big green monsters.  They also got to explore "real" pumpkins.  We had some who literally started gagging when their hands touched the pulp.  I had to rush one little person away from the table for fear of what might come next.  They also got another pumpkin from the FFA group so they were able to decorate it.
