Preschool Fun Day--Fun!!!!

The children spent a day having fun on the last day of school. They played numerous games including chasing bubbles, sack racing, and hoola hooping. They especially had fun flipping fish on the parachute. Thanks Wee-Pats for the Popsicles and watermelon. The afternoon class had cupcakes in honor of Cody's July 4 birthday. Special thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Miller for the yummy cupcakes and lemon-aid. The children (and adults) had a fun and energy filled day and went home very tired.

We can "Tootie Tah." Can You?

Music and movement are important in our classroom. The movement not only helps get rid of the wiggles, but the children are getting oxygen to their brains. This oxygen burst helps their brains function better and more efficiently. They are also developing muscle strength while having fun. Music helps with language and reading development by teaching rhythm.
