Fire Truck! Fire Truck! I Want to Ride on a Fire Truck!

Last week, the children learned about fire safety.  As part of the unit, the children finger painted with red and yellow to make fire and find out what color red and yellow makes.  The next day, they reviewed shapes and made fire trucks.  They drew rungs on the ladder to practice the touch, pull down stroke for when they start writing.  The children enjoyed the activity and were proud of their art project.
