Watch Out! Volcanic Eruptions

To conclude our dinosaur unit, the children molded clay around medicine bottles.  It took the bottles almost a week to dry enough for us to use.  They then put baking soda and vinegar in their volcanoes and watched them erupt.  The children were all smiles and so excited to finally get to see their volcanoes erupt.  They will take the volcanoes home and can play with them at home now.
