We did two projects today. The children made pumpkin apple muffins and they also pulled the pulp out of a pumpkin. We had several children who didn't like the feel of the pumpkin pulp, but they thought the muffins were delicious. The muffins are very low sugar and have pumpkin, apple, and whole wheat flour so they are very healthy. How about that? We made something healthy that the children liked. We encourage you to make this for your children at home.
