Emergency! Emergency!

We are talking about health and safety this week.  I put out the medical equipment today and the children have had so much fun with it.  The children are quite the little actors.  They kept falling over and needing emergency assistance.  One child fell in the corner and started coughing.  He said that smoke had gotten to him.  We had several pretend to be "pukin."   The adults got plenty of medical care today.  I overheard one of the little girls (who had a hypodermic in hand) tell another child, "It's just part of growing up, Sweetheart."

The children made medical hats, stethoscopes, and medical bags today.  We have some future doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel in preschool.
